Wilhelm Krull

Wilhelm Krull (1952), who studied philosophy, politics and German literature in Germany and Great Britain, has held senior positions at the German Science Council and the Max Planck Society, as well as other national and international research institutions. Since 1996, he has been serving as secretary general of the VolkswagenStiftung, the largest science funding foundation in Germany. In 2008, he was elected Chairman of the Association of German Foundations.
